Certified Acupuncturist, Doctor of Oriental Medicine; Serve diverse populations with an emphasis on pain management, fertility and gynecological disorders, cancer, chronic illness, and immune dysfunction.
  • Approximately 55,000 patient visits in 25 years of practice
  • Approved referral practitioner and lecturer for Resolve, a national non-profit organization that aids people with fertility and adoption issues
  • Mentored and taught several new practitioners
  • Volunteer with Charlotte Maxwell Complementary Clinic (for women with cancer who are low-income)

 

FirstLine Therapist since 2007; A program to address lifestyle related, chronic health problems such as elevated cholesterol and  triglycerides, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance or metabolic syndrome, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, overweight/obesity, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and conditions related to aging. Program includes monitoring body composition using a bioimpedance analyzer, and counseling in diet, nutrition, exercise and stress management.
