Your initial session will include a body composition analysis using a Biologic Impedence Analyzer (BIA). The analysis includes valuable information such as the percentage of fat, muscle and water in your body and your basal metabolic rate (i.e., calories per day for maintenance or weight loss). Analysis also includes a Traditional Oriental Medicine assessment by examining your tongue and your wrist pulses, two of the primary tools for diagnosis in Chinese medicine.
